Saint Patrick's Day

We celebrate the Irish because of their history, culture, and determination to go on as a "can-do" folk.
We also celebrate them for their rich folklore, their dairy products from happy livestock in emerald green pastures, wit, and sarcasm.
Have a bowl of stew while you embrace diversity.
