Veterans, NEVER forgotten

The poppy flowers we stick into a lapel on Veterans Day as a reminder of our greatest patriots, our veterans,
should be a reminder to respect them with actions deserving of their valor all year long. A homeless, under-served veteran is just another poppy in our neglected fields.
Pick one, listen to their story, humanize with eyes and heart, and become part of a movement to respect what we take for granted.

"We have to hide a lot of our problems because we want to be seen as equal. We don't want to be branded as weak."
