pencil in some fun and (mostly) free events

  • Santa will be visiting Larimer  Square Sat. from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Sun. from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. every weekend until Christmas Eve. Free admission, and no charge for photos with a personal camera.

  • The Young Colors’ chefs, adorned in our ruffled YC aprons, made dozens of sugar cookies that need to be decorated! Children can decorate holiday-themed sugar cookies while parents shop.  Dec 22, 11:00 AM. Young Colors Cherry Creek North 2827 E. 3rd Ave.Denver, CO 80203 

  • 3rd Annual Luminaria Night surrounding Washington Park on Sunday Dec, 18 from 5- 9 p.m. Come see 2000 candle-lit bags form a ring of light over two miles long.
  • Wings Over the Rockies is hosting its annual Kids Day event December 29th from 12:00 to 4:00. for a wonderful time experiencing the exciting world of aviation and aerospace. There will be an abundance of hands-on activities for all ages, plus tons of goodies to take home. All activities are FREE with admission

Adults 13 - 64 - $11.00
Seniors (65+), Active military, and veterans - $9.00
Children ages 4 through 12 - $6.00
Children under 4 admitted free when accompanied by parent  

  • The sky will once again sparkle over the 16th Street Mall this New Year’s Eve. Two spectacular fireworks shows will occur at 9 p.m. and Midnight, taking place simultaneously at two undisclosed sites along the 16th Street Mall. It is recommended that viewers stand along the 16th Street Mall for optimal viewing.
