3 Lbs. Corned Beef Brisket + Seasoning Packet
3 Medium Celery Stalks, Cut Into 1-2 Inch Pieces
1 Yellow Onion, Cut Into Wedges
1/2 Pound Red Potatoes
3 Large Carrots, Cut into1-2 Inch Pieces
4-6 C. Water
1 Head Cabbage, Wedged

Rinse the corned beef
brisket and pat dry.

Season both sides of the
brisket with the seasoning packet and place the brisket into the bottom of the
slow cooker.

Place celery, onion,
potatoes and carrots over the top of the brisket.
4. Add 4-6 cups of water to the crock pot until the
brisket is nearly covered.
5.
Cover and cook on high
for about 4 1/2 hours (8 1/2 hours on low.)

Place the cabbage over
the top of the veggies and brisket. Cook for 1 hr.
7.
Once the cabbage is nice
and tender, remove the brisket and slice thinly.
